The Transylvania County Board of Commissioners shall hold a regular meeting on the

• second Monday of each month at 4:00 p.m.

and on the

• fourth Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m.,

except that if a regular meeting day is a legal holiday, the meeting shall be held on the next business day. 

The Board shall hold an organizational meeting on the first Monday in December of each even-numbered year.

The meetings will be held in the Multi-Purpose Chambers in the Administration Building located at 101 S. Broad St., Brevard, NC.

Meetings are open to the public and a public comment period is scheduled for each regular meeting.

Citizens must sign up for public comment; a sign-in sheet is placed in the Board Room prior to the meeting. Comments are limited to five minutes.

Minutes are recorded in the Office to the Clerk to the Board, a copy is on file in the County Manager’s Office and on the County’s website: http://www.transylvaniacounty.org/

The meeting can be viewed online (www.transylvaniacounty.org) and via Facebook Live. If you attend the meeting in person, please use the rear entrance of the facility (from Morgan St.) near the waterfall feature.
