⚖️ Undermining Congressional Authority – Despite serving on the House Appropriations Committee, he defended unconstitutional executive overreach in the congressional budget process.

🍔 Serving His Own Interests – After criticizing immigrant workers, Edwards introduced a bill that would force unemployment applicants to prove they attended interviews at low-wage jobs—like McDonald’s, which he owns locally—before receiving benefits they’ve already earned.

💊 Endangering Medical Care – He proposed reclassifying fentanyl, a vital hospital pain reliever, as a Schedule 1 drug, which would remove it from medical use entirely.
