During this season of giving its important that we show our appreciation for those that keep us safe everyday. They have worked hard to help our community, and region, recover after the storm working long hours through treacherous areas.

We would like to ask volunteers to bake cookies/treats or purchase grocery store gift cards to take to our local fire departments, as a token of our appreciation for their service to us everyday!

What we need:

1. Three-six people to open HQ and accept donations on Friday, 12/13. One or two people for each of these times: 10-12, 12-2, 4-6. (These volunteers will also assemble the platters as donations come in.)

2. Donations of cookies/treats and grocery store gift cards.

3. Donations of disposable platters to put the treats on.

3. Someone to make "Thank you, fire fighters" cards for each station to which we deliver. Done by Friday, 12/13. Can be as simple or elaborate as the volunteer wishes.

4. People to deliver the goodies to the various fire departments on Saturday, 12/14.
