Join Us for the "Hands Off" Rally in Brevard – April 5th!

On April 5th, communities across the country are taking a stand—and Brevard is no exception! As part of a national day of action led by organizations like Hands Off, Indivisible, 50-50-1, and Good Trouble, local groups have come together to make our voices heard.

📍 Where: Transylvania County Courthouse (Address: 7 E Main St, Brevard, NC 28712)

Organized by Transylvania Partners for Democracy, Transylvania County NAACP, Transylvania Young Progressives, Good Trouble Transylvania, and the Transylvania County Democratic Party, this rally is a call to protect our rights and defend democracy.

The theme? "Hands Off ______!"
Bring a sign that reflects what you care about—whether it’s Hands Off our social security, Hands Off our public lands, Hands Off our schools, or any other critical issue under threat.

💪 All are welcome—bring your family, friends, and neighbors. This is our time to stand together for democracy and against oligarchy.

A core principle of all Hands Off events is a commitment to nonviolent action, and we’ll need Marshalls to help keep things running smoothly. If you're interested in volunteering, we'd love to hear from you!
